    上海普昱矿山设备有限公司是由多年从事煤矿机电设备开发研制的专家学者和具有丰富实际经验的工程技术人员发起组建的股份制科技型民营企业。

    公司主要从事煤矿二大类产品的开发研制：第一大类是自动控制系统（包括单机控制和集中监视系统）和交直流调速装置（主要是变频调速装置），控制对象包括：井下掘进机、带式输送机、局扇、排水系统、供配电电系统、辅助运输系统、地面生产系统、洗选系统；第二类产品是煤巷、半煤岩巷掘进机。公司技术力量雄厚，现有专业技术人员30多人，其中研究员、高级工程师12人，工程师15人，具有良好的设计、开发、生产和服务能力。

    公司自成立以来，充分发挥自身拥有的企业活力和技术优势，面对当今和将来相对一段时间内发展空间非常广阔的煤矿机电设备市场，积极灵活地运作，从新型机械设备和电气系统的开发研制、技术含量较高的工程技术项目承包，到现场急需备品备件的供应，已很快得到广大煤矿用户的充分认可和肯定。

    Shanghai Puyu Mining Equipment Co. Ltd. (PY) is a private stock company integrated with R&D experts in coal mine electric and mechanism.

    PY is mainly engaged in the coal-mining, digging, transportation machinery and other related electric appliances, electric controllers and various transducers; in the construction of speed-control system for devices such as coal mine exaltation, ventilation, drainage and wind pressure; in the control and monitor systems for logistics. PY not only provides consulting, R&D, technical transference and training but also its new high-tech products for the customers. It has a powerful technical team with more than 30 specialists, in which 12 are senior engineers and 15 engineers. It owns a strong capability in design, development, production, and after-sales service.
